TL;DR:
Turning lane is not plowed, making bike lane 100% useless.

BACKGROUND:
Bike lane was correctly implemented to the left of right turn lane, to reduce the risk of the all-too common “right hook” collisions w/ turning vehicles. However, this only works if said turning lane is **completely** plowed in the winter; if it’s instead treated as a shoulder or parking lane (i.e. buffer to store plowed snow from “primary” travel lanes), then the entire bike lane design breaks down.

To be clear, the driver is not at fault here.

Multiple cases of illegally parking in front of Auto Fix Collision Center:
- 4 vehicles parked on sidewalk, blocking pedestrian access.
- 2 vehicles parked on street, blocking bike lane access.

Exposed metal pipe head, protruding ~2cm above payment. The sharp edge gave me a flat tire immediately, despite having properly-inflated 28mm tires.

This is very dangerous in such an important bike lane (westbound Jefferson Ave @ Rimpau). It needs to be made flush, if the pipe can't be removed.

Speed humps are needed on Wooster St. This is a nightly destination for families from all over the region, ranging from young children to the elderly. Unfortunately the speed of motor vehicle traffic is often disproportionate to the volume of pedestrian traffic.

All day long, people of all ages and backgrounds "jaywalk" across this block of Chapel Street, between State and Orange. Effective urban design should follow popular demand. The people clearly want to cross here, let's make it SAFE.

Beware, folks: the bridge sidewalk is a pedestrian death trap this morning, a complete sheet of ice. Walk in the street (where it has melted)!
