You certainly understand that when the water flows heavily after a rain, the force applied to the bridge stanchions is enormous and may cause damage leading to structural failure.

Trash set out for Tuesday pick up, not picked up because it wasn’t bagged, or bagged improperly. Certainly a rodent magnet.

Unbagged trash set out Sunday, a child's item filled with loose trash. Unbagged items are not picked up by Steven's Disposal, per the contract.

Indoor furniture was placed curbside on Friday April 26th. Three trash pick ups have occurred since then. It seems that the residents haven't contacted Stevens Disposal to pay the $5 pick up fee. There are other ongoing issues with this property that have been reported but not resolved.

Besides the junk on the porch which has obviously been there awhile, the soffits have rotted through indicating roof issues.

Besides the totally run down appearance of this property, a neighbor confirmed that there are folks living there. There are at least two visible holes in the roof and parts of the house falling off.
