This clogged drainage grate is at the base of a large slope on the south side of Foothill Pkwy between Skyline Dr and Oak Ave.

The drainage channel flowing out of the Oak Street Creek Reservoir is full of debris at the point where it passes under the pedestrian bridge near the back of Ben Franklin elementary school. This causes the water to dam up and has become mossy and a mosquito breeding ground.

Landscaping is neglected - full of weeds and dead bushes - along the entire length of the bike path. From Mangular Avenue all the way to the bridge and along the ramp behind Ben Franklin Elementary's upper field.

Street light number 17 on Buena Vista at the corner of Citron is on during the daytime, every day.

On 9/18/22, I submitted request ID 13433397 - "Tripping hazard - sidewalk section is lifted in two places. This is located on Mangular, around the corner from the address."
The request was closed but the repairs were not made. Someone came out and marked the area as seen in the photo, but no one has made the repair. I am making a second attempt to get this fixed by giving a Mangular address this time. The sidewalk in question is across the street from this submitted address.

Our concrete water meter box lid is broken at the corner and it has multiple hairline cracks. May we please get it replaced?

There is a lot of graffiti on both concrete walls of the drainage channel that feeds into the Oak St Creek Reservoir (as seen from Mangular and Meadowcrest).

There is a smashed opossum in the street in front of our house.

A bulky item pick-up was scheduled through waste management for Wednesday September 1st. Late Wednesday I received a text from Waste Management rescheduling the pick up till Thursday. it's Friday, the pickup still has not occurred and waste management says we're not scheduled for pick up today either. it's a shame that a toilet has to sit at the curb for days before the contracted service provider follows through.

City street trees require trimming on this entire block. Branches hang so low over the sidewalk that pedestrians must bend down or walk in the street to avoid walking into them.

Asphalt is breaking apart at numerous locations at the intersection of Mangular and Madagascar posing a safety hazard for cyclists and pedestrians.
