    We have a moved 2012 with an elderly parent that is with a walker and in addition to the lead, an issue is disappointed that we can't take hem for a walk on our street, either walking or in a wheelchair, due to the unworkable condition. There are children, elderly and handicapped residents on the street and the lack of a passable sidewalk is discouraging to those of us who want to invest in our walking community.
