The left turn green arrow time is too short on Eastbound 3500 South at the intersection with 5600 West Often in the middle of the day, only 5-6 cars per left turn Lane make it through the green light Cars have to wait multiple light cycles to turn left when 5600 West traffic is light

Westbound U-201 surface was ground down recently between these 3200 W. and Bangerter Highway interchanges. They restriped the road afterwards but the striping is hard to see. Two days in a row on my evening commute home, I have witnessed vehicles leave their lane of travel because they are following the cracks in the road and not the striping. Cars are unexpectedly changing lanes and cutting each other off at 65 mph. Could solid white striping be applied during the lane shift area of the roadway?

The Eastbound on-ramp from 5600 West to U-201 needs to be re-stripped. The paint is basically gone. The vehicles turning left onto the ramp don’t realize there is two lanes, so they wait unnecessarily. The vehicles turning right don’t realize they don’t need to yield when the light is red, so it backs up traffic on 5600 West. If the ramp was stripped well, everyone would understand there is two lanes that merge later down the ramp.

The 4100 South eastbound traffic signal at the intersection of northbound Utah-85 is too hard to see when green. Multiple times I have approached this intersection and it appears the signal is out. Only when you are jus about to enter the intersection does the Green appear. I know this is because there is two traffic light intersections near each other, but motorists need to see the signal with plenty of time to react before entering the intersection.

3500 S and 5600 W intersection is blinking red in all directions.

EB 3500 South to I-215 North ramp is still confusing people for lack of signage. Video from today: youtu.be/D799gXvd_G4

Some motorists do not know which lane to be in to get onto Northbound I-215 from 3500 South EB. I have seen many near-miss accidents over the last three years. The video above happened on Wednesday, Jan 7, 2015 as recorded from my rear-view mirror camera.

In my opion, the overhead sign on 3500 South EB should tell motorists what lane to be in for NB I-215. The painted I-215 NB on the roadway doesn't help when there are alot of vehicles on the road.
