    A string of high mast street lights are on during the day. Has been this way for two weeks.

    Please add a lagging yellow arrow light to the traffic lights at the intersection of Independence Ave. and Center street in Provo. This is for eastbound traffic turning left onto Independence Ave. Historically we could turn left when the way was clear. I've turned left here safely thousands of times before the traffic light was installed. Please restore the ability to turn left by replacing the red arrow with a flashing yellow arrow. Flashing yellow arrows are everywhere these days why not at this intersection. I've seen these flashing arrows at intersections much more dangerous than this one. Thanks.
