High pole light has been knocked down and is laying next to the road at ramp CSG 0 .5 on the east bound from I-215 south bound to I-80 east bound. it has been down for around 3 months.

A light pole has been knocked down at location of RAMP CSG 0.5 of the south bound ramp from I-215 to east bound I-80.

The section of I-80, in the east and west bound lanes, between 1300 east and the I-80 & I-215 split, is getting more and more rough like a gravel road for the last 4 years. Either grind the surface or replace the concrete.

The expansion joint at the railroad overpass on I-80 west bound before the Redwood Road overpass in lane #2 has failed and is breaking up badly.

The expansion joint at exit 304 on south bound I-15 to east bound I-80 in the outside 2 lanes has failed badly and is breaking up.

The expansion joint in lanes 4 & 5 has failed badly and is breaking up at about 8th South.

The digital overhead message board at about 1200 west on I-80 eastbound is missing chunks of the displayed letters...again. Not a good example to people arriving into town!

Two high mast light poles have had their junction boxes opened and the wires disconnected by homeless people at the 900 west and the swamp pole at about 850 west. They apparently don't like being seen at night sneaking into their camps.

The road joint on westbound I-80 at the Highland Drive overpass in lanes 2, 3, and 4 is failing and the concrete breaking up.

In the #3 lane southbound on I-15 at the edge of the 13th south over pass, a concrete slab has sunken to create a dangerous condition.

Two poles of the high mast lights at the location indicated on the map have stopped lighting in the last 6 months. Course these are only two poles of many along the I-80, I-215, I-15 routes that don't light or are having their lights die. If they are not going to be maintained on a regular basis, then they were a big waste of taxpayer's money and an embarrassment to the state of poor highway maintenance.

The overhead signs both westbound and eastbound on I-80 at State Street do not light up. The lights on these signs quit working shortly after the freeway in this area was rebuilt.

The left turn signal at the location of Vanwinkle and 4800 South is too short for the traffic load that uses this lane. Only 2, maybe 3 vehicles are able to make the turn before the light goes red.

Only one of four lights at the underpass of I-80 at 2300 East westbound on ramp, works. It has been this way for more than a year.
