    the older mulberry tree next to the creek has split and is hanging the ground. the kids from Conn play in the area before/after school. this is a safety hazard.

    Two pretty significant potholes have formed on Cedar adjacent to the deck of The Stanbury.

    there is an older modle chevy pickup (dark blue) that shows up ever few days and meets another white car at the corner of north blount and cedar. they meet either earlier in the day or very late at night. the white car is a resident in the RHA and lives only a few houses away. i don't mean to come off as judgemental, but what seems to be going diwn is drug realated. this activity has become more frequent.
