At the intersection of Midland Drive and 4000 South in West Haven, there are 2 lanes that turn north from eastbound 4000 S. Both of these lanes have a light for left turns, however, there is also another light that is directly ahead of the 2 left turn lights that was put there during construction, and that light is NOT in sync with the other 2 lights! Sometimes this 3rd light is in sync, but many times this 3rd light, which is directly in front of the other 2 lights, shows GREEN, while the other 2 lights are RED! At some point, there is going to be an accident there because of this! I have seen drivers go through this intersection when that 3rd light is GREEN, but the other 2 lights were red!! Why not remove this 3rd light??? It should have been removed after the intersection was completed!
I have turned this in before, but it seems NOTHING was done!!

At the intersection of Hinckley Drive and Midland Drive, someone has spilled wet cement on the mMidland Drive road, leaving debree and rocks all over the road. The wet cement could stick to the road and needs to be cleaned up!
