    Line down in yard and across sidewalk. DTE came and confirmed it's phone line. We have no land line service. ATT won't come without "account info", and yet we don't have an account. A2GOV Twitter suggested a fix-it post and maybe city can help resolve.

    Our streetlight shines brightly on our house and yard. I am requesting to have a kind of "visor" or shade put on our side of the streetlight bulb to shade our property from the bright light. I've seen these on other lights around town, and hoping we could get one, too!
