Potholes on the merge lane turning right from Crystal Lake Drive onto 116th ave

This intersection needs a right turn lane. Drivers are cutting the curb anyway to get to the intersection to turn right onto hwy 40 and I think the intersection should be accommodating.

Also the left turn lane should be marked with a further back stop line so that vehicles in the queue are back further to allow big trucks and trailers more room to turn left off of hwy 40 onto 89th ave.

Really bad wash-boarding. This whole road should be paved, but in the meantime it needs a grader.

Potholes near intersection needing repair.

Not a storm sewer problem, but I only had so many options.
The water supply line on the sani-dump is broken and water is not coming out of the hose but rather spraying inside the enclosure. Also, maybe while this is getting done they could put a garden hose connection so that RVers can use their tank flush when draining tanks. Thank you

This road should be paved. It's in really bad shape all the time and sees lots of traffic.

This is a suggestion to change the traffic markings on the intersection of 116th st and 132 ave. Most of the traffic at this intersection travelling northbound goes straight or turns right onto 132 ave. I suggest removing the left turn lane, making that the straight-through lane, and adding a right turn lane. Lots of people have started using the shoulder as a right turn lane when the light is red, and I've yet to see any traffic turn left. I think this would help greatly to reduce the congestion at this intersection.

Big pothole when turning right from RR63 onto TWP 720

This traffic light shouldn't have functioning turning arrows in the middle of the night, sitting at a red with no traffic anywhere is bad enough, you shouldn't have to wait on unused traffic arrows.
I suggest from 10pm-6am the traffic turning arrows don't function.
