I went to a meeting on Nov. 19 2014, Mr. Mark Johnson was your rep. and I put my name on a list to have Mr. Johnson look at my problem of flooding. My easement is 8-10 inches higher than my foundation. Mr Johnson said there should be a negative elevation at the easement from my house. this clearly does not exist and need some help coming up with a solution. My house floods with every heavy rain and my foundation is being subjected to to much water flow
