The last time I reported tree trimming along the sidewalk I noted that there were many trees along the sidewalk that needed trimming. It seems as though our parks department is only going to trim the tree exactly where the pinpoint is located. A supervisor from this department needs to go along the entire sidewalk at this park. Look there are many trees hanging so low that you can barely walk underneath them. I don’t believe this department has closed at all during this pandemic so there’s no excuse fo proper maintenance not being done.

Since the major storm water project has completed the water does not drain from our side of the street (Rafael side of 800 snell isle blvd). It is not only unsightly and gross but it also is creating mosquito issues

Tree trimming needed over sidewalks

This property and the adjacent property to the west are owned by the same absentee owner. They continue to go unmaintained. They are an eyesore to the neighborhood and are also creating environmental issues with an unmaintained pool on the adjacent property. The absentee owner is a prominent name in the community and has the means and ability to properly maintain these properties but chooses not to. This has been going on for multiple years now with absolutely no action.

Pool is in maintained and black. It’s creating multiple issues for surrounding neighbors including bugs and mosquitoes. This is an ongoing issue regarding an absentee owner that does not maintain the property.

This house is owned by an absentee owner that does not maintain the property. The pool is black and full of mosquitoes. The mosquitoes are so bad we cannot even go into our garage, let alone outside.

Pothole with a cone for several weeks. Other potholes have been “repaired” recently nearby but this is the worst one.

The side walk does not properly drain. It holds water for days creating mosquito breeding grounds.

This at low tide and after an hour of rain. The drainage issue is worse now than ever with the construction taking place. They are way behind schedule and now we are in rainy season. This is going to happen every time we have a standard summer rain storm until the project is completed.
