Trash was placed on the curb by the residents the day after pickup. It has been sitting there overflowing, getting torn apart by animals, blowing garbage into street and other yards for nearly a week. It is an eyesore, health hazard and just plain unacceptable. Four phone calls this week to the city of Albany has gotten nowhere.

I have been calling about these potholes since the summer and nothing has been done at all. Now it is almost winter and they are just going to get worse. I will certainly be sending the city of Albany any repair bills for my car! Ridiculous how poorly this city is run!

Trash is not put out on proper night. Some trash is on sidewalk, the rest is piled up against house overflowing onto ground. It is unsightly, dirty, blows into street and other yards. Also a draw for rodents and other animals.

This is a business on N Allen and corner of Washington Ave. They put cardboard boxes and other trash along Washington Ave side any day of the week. The boxes sit there for days and get blown around. They need to put trash out only on their collection night.

REPEAT OFFENDER!! Shes's a slumlord who lives in NYC. Doesn't care about her property even though I've called her numerous times. Also I believe she violates law with number of unrelated people living in one place.

These two houses are repeat offenders with snow, litter etc. Tired of living with people who don't care. Snow hasn't been touched on both properties sidewalks forcing people including old ladies to walk in street. Maybe the city of Albany likes lawsuits!

Again, my grandmother has to deal with icy, snowy sidewalks on her way to Price Chopper! Get these people fined!!!

This house is a CONSTANT offender. They have private garbage pickup which is on Tuesday mornings. The residents often put it out Monday morning or they put it out too late and they miss their pickup which is the current situation. This means the garbage will sit out there for a week which has happened before!

There is constantly a garbage can on side of building that is overflowing with trash onto sidewalk. This is a weekly problem and unacceptable for a neighborhood business to not take care of this. Also their sidewalk in front and side of CVS always lots of litter! Repeat offenders!

This house is a CONSTANT offender, Trash cans are put out a full day early every week forcing the rest of the street to look at their overflowing cans since they have private pickup on a different day than the rest of he street. Also lawn is rarely mowed weeds are now knee high. Please fine this slumlord!

CVS om Madison always has overflowing trash can on side of building. In front of store there is always litter all over sidewalk. Unacceptable that a neighborhood business looks so sloppy.

The property owner lives in NYC and never maintains her property whether its mowing, garbage, snow etc. Maybe higher fines would get these absentee landlords to take action.

This house has private garbage collection. It is picked up on Tuesday mornings. The residents of this house put the garbage out on the wrong day constantly, usually a full 24 hours early. This week they put it out after the regular pickup day. Now the garbage is sitting on the sidewalk not being picked up and overflowing. This house is a CONSTANT problem!!! Tired of looking at their trash all the time. Plus health hazard with rodents etc. Please do something about this absentee slumlord!!!

This house has not mowed lawn since spring began. The residents are fairly new. So far not impressed with way they DO NOT take care of property. Grass is waist high. An absolute eyesore.

The owner of this house always lets grass and weeds grow out of control. When she does finally take care of it she does a sloppy job. Sick of looking at this dump of a property!!

This house has private trash pickup on Tuesday mornings. However every week someone puts it out Monday morning so you have to look at their overflowing trash for 24 hours. Also some weeks they dont put it out and it is visible from the street overflowing in the back. This is a health hazard, an eyesore, plus their trash blows everywhere. This house is a CONSTANT offender!
