    The tree is severely overgrown.

    I spoke with the property owner and he said it had damaged his sewer line in the past. I'm unsure if he reported it to the city.

    The roots are spilling over onto the sidewalk and bulging over the curb into the road.

    I'm reporting because my sewer line is having drainage issues. I don't know whether it's related, but if not, the tree needs to be removed as a preventative measure.

    Front lawn is barren, no grass. Has trash strewn about.

    Right side lawn is overgrown. Shows signs of flooding. Has trash and broken glass.

    Left and rear side have trash and broken glass.

    Structure has irregular access to sanitary water.

    Lower apartment is vacant and unsecured. Non-residents have been seen coming and going at odd hours and days of the week.

    Upstairs is occupied but has broken windows. The bathroom window has been broken and covered with particle board.

    Gutters are rotted through in some locations. Other locations have weeds growing out of them.

    The apartment upstairs has at least five residents, three minors.
