    The sidewalk is unsafe and has areas where the walk has been raised up by tree roots and is a tripping hazard. The section with several areas that need to to be ground down or milled are along the Boudinot side of our property near the big tree and the driveway. See attached photo.

    Parking on Boudinot St for more than 2 hours in posted 2 hour parking limit. For today at 1pm, White Jeep - NJ F80MRE, Gray BMW - PA LFT2321, Black Nissan - NJ N98NMX and Red Fiat - NJ F89MRE. There is either 2 hour posted parking that is enforced - or there isn't. This is a recurring issue.

    The large front-loader picking up sticks/brush damaged the Belgian block curbing. This is curbing that we paid for and had installed (and inspected) to town specifications. The front-loader snapped off the block at street level, so all the footings held fine! Is this a claim I file with my insurance or will the town repair the damage they caused?

    This house is owned by the Institute for Advanced Study. I called and asked them earlier in the year to clear their walk, which they did. And I have since reported them in Access Princeton for a violation. This is very unneighborly. The last snow was in Saturday and this is Wednesday. It is the only uncleared walk in our neighborhood.

    This resident has chosen to clear their driveway of snow but has decided not to clear the sidewalk! This is unneighborly and also creates a safety issue - especially when children use the sidewalk to get to their bus stop for school.

    The resident at this house has made the effort to clear their driveway but, against town ordinance, and in a very unneighborly fashion, has not cleared their sidewalk of snow 48 hours after the last snowstorm. This creates an inconvenience and also a safety issue for residents using the sidewalk.
