    Request to add red light cameras to the intersections of 11th St SE and I-695. Every morning and evening walking to/from the Navy Yard under the underpass, there are multiple cars that blow through the red lights from multiple directions and turn left or right from middle lanes, violate "no turn on red" signs, go straight from right turn only lanes, etc. It is very difficult to walk or bike underneath I-695 safely due to the extent of the violations.
