    See picture below. This play structure is at Westborough. The screw is missing and the hole piece moves/loose around. It’s on the area of the rope climbing. I will have the teachers place a blue tape on it to make it easier to identify.

    Hello. We have these two items that need repair at the Westborough Park. The green flower seat is missing a large screw and the other item is missing a flag. If the flag can not be replaced if there is something that can be used as the children place their fingers/thumb inside the home and they get stuck.
