    The businesses at 430 Essex Street put their bags of trash out on Wednesday morning. They do not use a barrel and they always put it behind this telephone pole. It consistently gets missed and then sits there until the next trash day. These bags have been out since 7/15. Not blaming the trash company, totally the fault of the businesses in that building.

    Beach Chiropractic at 430 Essex Street consistently puts his trash bag out behind a telephone pole, making it impossible for the trash truck to see it. His trash gets missed more than half the time and then sits there on the sidewalk for another week or more until it finally gets picked up. They have paid no attention to notes from neighbors to put it where it can be seen. Tired of looking at their garbage every week just sitting there.

    Have lived next door for more than 5 years. The businesses there have never shoveled this sidewalk. Not once.

    The City plowed a small section of the sidewalk on the odd side of Essex, by Warren St last night (but not the longer stretch just after the Fire Station). However, the kids going to the Middle School generally walk on the other side (the even) to go to CVS first and use the cross walk on the even side. It would make more sense to plow the side the kids actually use. Also, CVS is notoriously slow to clear their sidewalk so a firm reminder to them would be useful as well.
