    Water pressure is irregular. I am getting times when my entire building has very low water pressure, then a few minutes later it comes back.This is a new issue. I had a very high pressure[80 lbs] a few months ago and it was causing a water hammer throughout the building. Is the water pressure in the neighborhood being adjusted or changed?
