    Air in pipes at 11:30PM. Is there a leak somewhere on street due to on going construction today? There was no notice of water shut off. This has been on going on/off most of the day.

    There are great mounds of snow at the "T" corners connecting Forrester and Boardman and throughout the street. Need some help here especially since a blizzard has already been declared for Boston. We have no place to throw it.
