    There have been two very loud outdoor parties this month at the Sonoma Vista Apartments, 601 Alabama Street. A very loud DJ has blasted music past 11 PM. This morning I can see stacks of folding chairs and empty cases of beer. I don't mind a party now and then, but these are far too loud and too late. Who do I contact, besides the police?
