    there has been a water leak going on for almost a week now, flooding a ditch where it appears that centerpoint has been doing some work.

    Traffic signal does not appear to be functioning and is causing large amount of traffic, as well as dangerous turns onto lanes which are continuously marked as green.

    The sidewalk comes to an abrupt end ver a ditch. This is dangerous, especially for people with strollers who are forced to go into the street to continue, on what is getting to be a fairly busy street.

    Lakin St is in very poor condition, with either side of the pavement breaking off and the curb side, on which parking is legal, and necessary, is reduced to muddy holes. It would be good to repave the whole street, including the grassy side to ensure better access through this road, and to ensure safe parking. This has been brought up before with no action.
