More than a month ago, workers renovating the party store across the street at 16301 E. Warren dumped insulation and other trash around the fire hydrant, limiting access to it. They said the new owner told them to put it there.

Workmen were observed clearing debris from the party store located at 16301 E. Warren, at the corner of Three Mile. They said the owner had told them to place it there. Not only is it an eyesore, it's obstructing access to the fire hydrant at that location. It has been there for weeks now, and the owner has made no effort to remove it.

This is actually a problem with a blighted, unmaintained property.

Household waste

Yard waste and household items left at curbside a few days after bulk trash pickup. Fallen branch has been hanging over the yard for months now.

Grass hasn't been cut for months. Some weeds are now almost chest high.

This problem was reported a few weeks ago, but the out of state owner of this property has not responded. The backyard is also filled with trash.

This house is owned by Gerson Sepin, an investor in Miami Beach Florida who has been neglecting this property for years. The back yard is filled with trash as well.
