repeated graffiti again on cable connection box and now also on dumpster at condo bldg 800 across 8th street. located in in alley behind address above. Sprayed both in red & black paint , indicating possibly 2 "gangs" tagging "territory", north side of Fossil Park.

Erosion behind culvert/seawall needs shoring up/backfill of some sort prior to hurricane season. Tape measure in foto reads 4 feet. Some of surrounding bank is soft.

City Sanitation truck causing degradation to the entryway of my driveway when backing out after emptying dumpster at condos across street. Can they repave over it with some leftover blacktop surfacing from a nearby project ? Thank you !

Sanitation truck routinely backs into our driveway & has toppled small retaining wall. There is also degradation to the paved entry to our driveway.

location: canal # 15 at dead end of 8th St N, off 71st Ave N (north side of Fossil Park): shrubs (mangroves?) cut from north bank by large mower. Branches have fallen into canal, will clog the culvert when tide rises or with next rain. There is a lot of erosion & a large pile of debris on the shore above the location.

Fossil Park, North entrance : respectfully requesting replacement, repair, upgrades for our run-down entrance. Rotted, warped, splintering , loose boards, lacking "Welcome" sign. Would like it to look like South entrance to park.

Fossil Park provides picnic tables & covered shelters for people to gather to eat & drink, but fails to provide a restroom. The result is park visitors urinating/defecating into the lake & canal 15. The area in question is the narrow path on the north side of the lake, which is overgrown & underused. Can the city provide 2 port-o-lets for the public ? Or, open the restrooms near the ballfields/concession area ? or refer folks to use the library ? Can they trim the shrubs and/or put a paved walkway back there so that the area becomes well used & is not so secluded ? Remove the picnic tables & shelters ? It is quite unsanitary for adults & children , especially since there are active outbreaks of hepatitis A & Corona virus . In addition, this raw sewage is contaminating the waterways which are in place to ensure drainage & protection from storm surges & flooding. Most other city parks have restrooms, and Fossil Park needs to address this ongoing issue.

Using structural concrete debris excavated from N bank of canal, tree limbs & retaining wall stones removed from my property.
- impedes water flow/drainage
- creates make-shift walkway to access homes , creating safety/security issues.
Banks of canal are degraded & eroding into the canal resulting in low water level. Have seen teens jumping from culvert into canal at end of 8th St.

Sleeping overnight on picnic tables under the large pavilion. This is a public health risk, as these folks have no port-o-let to use, and no way to wash their hands after using our lake and canal as a restroom. We are currently under high alert due to the increasing incidence of Hepatitis A, which is spread though fecal-oral contamination. Families & children unknowingly use these contaminated tables to celebrate & eat. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Canal on north side of Fossil Park : loose shrub branches recently trimmed by staff have not yet been removed and are in the canal . They are creating a dam, impeding flow of water along overgrown pathway. additional images to follow in comment section below.
