Resident called to request that a plow could make a pass on Rockwell Terrace because there is a ridge of snow in the middle of the street. He also indicated that it would be next to impossible to get a plow down there because there is a vehicle parked on the opposite side of the street impeding any possible plow getting down there so PD may have to get involved for impeding snow operations.
