Abandoned fiberglass boat without trailer dumped in the back of this vacant lot.
I reported this issue 4-5 month's ago and nothing at all has been done about it. I have too many requests to easily find it. You need a search function on the "My Content" page and Home page.

Household debris dumped on front berm of vacant lot.

Running H2O in basement. House was just boarded.

This issue was incorrectly closed and and locked out of being reopened. A neighbor was forced to mow the lot because the City of Detroit will not. The lot was owned by a senior citizen who is totally and permanently disabled and could no longer afford to pay contractors to maintain it. So they donated it to the DBLA in January 2023. The City and no one else ever cut the lot between January 2023 and July 2023, so another neighbor had to have it cut because it became such a blighted eyesore. Guess this complaint will have to go to City Leaders.

hank you for submitting your concern to the City of Detroit. The Vacant Lot Grass Cutting Program performs a safety cut on vacant residential lots 5 times per season. If a lot is being manicured or cut lower by a citizen, the contractors will not go on the lot. Upon inspection, this lot appears to be maintained by a citizen.

Nothing has been done about this issue at this location since it was originally reported 2 MONTHS AGO!

Bulk waste is regularly put out in the street a FULL TWO WEEKS BEFORE the bulk pickup day. After the bulk waste is picked up, dangerous debris is left all over the street at the bulk pickup spot, and never cleaned up. The neighbors have to clean it up or get flat tires.

I could not find a proper category for VACANT LOT CUTTING. This is not for Graffiti Abatement. This vacant lot is belongs to the Land Bank and the grass is not being cut. It was owned privately in 2022 but was donated to the Land Bank just before 2023 I believe.

The Street Light at this location is constantly turning on and off again.

Sunken roadway asphalt repair job causing vehicle damage and traffic issues.

Burned out vacant house open to trespass.

Street light at corner of Chandler Park Drive and Woodhall is constantly blinking, turning on and off every 2 seconds.

Too many potholes to count on Guilford St. between Harper and Southhampton St. Many are around 1.5 feet in diameter.

In the West bound lane on E Warren Ave. at the Opal St. Intersection there is a huge double dip in the pavement causing cars to go
air-born and to crash or become damaged.

The front door has been kicked in by trespassers.
