    The parking lot between on the south side of Packard between Creek and la Salle (possibly St. Aubin) is covered in ice. I'd recommend sending a truck in the middle of the night when there aren't a many cars in the lot.

    Near this location is a "coke bottle" sign telling westbound drivers on Packard to move to the left lane. There may be a second sign that says to take turns. These are no longer needed as the signage at Platt allows cars in the right lane to continue westbound on Packard.

    Not sure if it's a city tree but it's on the easement. Newly planted and probably run over by a driver who failed to negotiate the curve. The newly planted trees nearby look like deer have been gnawing on their trunks.

    There's a big log on top of the building (pump house?) by the water tower. Hard to tell from ground level but it may have damaged the roof. There are several trees in the vicinity that look to be in bad shape.

    The crosswalk on Hill, east side of Church. I see it was reported back on 10/30/21. It continues to be a trip hazard, especially for revelers stumbling south from Rick's! It's also close to the line a cyclist might take turning east onto Hill from southbound Church. There's a crack in the road leading west to a couple of small utility covers in the intersection too.

    There are signs for this closure on Platt at Packard and Huron Parkway near Washtenaw. The road has been closed for two weeks now. This is the only sign in the neighborhood. Why isn't there a sign at Towner and Easy St, or Towner and Canterbury, which would be obvious places to detour traffic?
