    Big, deep pothole on Temple Street, just after Wall St., on the right side of the road, right in front of the mailbox, almost in front of 320 Temple St.

    I board a Yale shuttle here occasionally and have seen no improvement in the clearing of snow so that we can safely board the buses. This is right in front of a bus shelter. I feel unsafe when I board the Yale shuttle here. Ditto for where I disembark, at Wall and College Sts.

    I arrive at this corner daily on an express bus from Hartford, a green Peter Pan bus. This is a designated stop, and there is a city bus shelter there. But there is no break in the snow pile, and we have to disembark in the street and either walk back to the corner alongside the bus, or forward, in the street, in front of the bus, until we find a precarious passage up over the snow mountain that other feet have created for us. Please clear the bus shelters and stops!! Related, I board the bus later in the day at the corner of Grove and Church Streets, and the only passage through the snow mountains, again, are ones created by other people's feet (precarious at best). I might also mention that all corners in this neighborhood are usually plowed in with snow.
