The tree is in our neighbors yard across the street from us. It has been struck by lightening 2x and is pretty badly rotted as you can see. It will not stand thru a bad wind storm or hurricane. We have made several attempts to contact the owner of the house to get the tree taken care of but he has done nothing. If the tree falls it will take out 2 houses in one direction and the other it will take out power lines and do more damage We fear for peoples safety on this tree. I am not sure what else to do.
