    There is only one lane going from TJ towards Powell street and 3 lanes going the opposite way causing traffic leaving TJ. Who plans this stuff?!!

    The traffic signals in Powell Street between Beaudry St. and Hollis St. are out of sync and unnecessary turn red so you have to stop even if there are no cars nor pedestrians crossing the intersection. That causes unnecessary traffic and you have to stop in every traffic signal light. Same with the traffic signal down the block on Doyle St. I drive multiple times a day on Powell and it's getting ridiculous!
    Please sync these 3 lights so the traffic flows freely!

    It appears that the new business owners removed the wooden bench in front of the store that the previous owner of the Paradise Park Cafe put on the sidewalk on the block. The benches in front of the Giant Cupcake, the Fabric Yarn and the Paradise Park Cafe are still there, but the one in front of 6324 San Pablo Ave. is missing as of this morning.
    New business owners should not be allowed to remove the benches as they were part of the renovation project in Oakland.

    Last night I went to TJ do do some shopping and I saw water everywhere on the parking lot. There was a irrigation pipe burst in front of the Pier One Store. Such a waste of precious water.
