    Hello, I'd like to question the weekly flea market that's been on Greenback lane near Main in Orangevale? I have driven by it and some friends have witnessed people drinking beer there? Is this a county approved use of the parking lot and the vendors all have business licenses and the proper sellers permits? This just doesn't seem appropriate for my community. Please advise, thanks you.
