Inner SB lane's traffic light was askew (the night of Thurs 2/28) and mostly facing Laurel Hill Drive. Could be dangerous if WB driver on Laurel Hill thinks it's their light. (I had a bear of a time getting this posting uploaded and gave up after the 5th try last night...surprised it finally worked.) I didn't notice if it had been fixed overnight.

The green light's bulb is out in the traffic light of the inner northbound lane at this intersection.

Flashing lights at pedestrian crossing may not be turning off. This morning, they were on the entire time I was waiting at the light to turn north on Spear and I didn't see any pedestrians or bikers.

The lines on the east side of Spear (opposite #1397) are hanging heavily under the weight of the creeping vines and vegetation.
(BTW, the options for "Problem w Vegetation" are too limited, so I chose the closest.)

Kudos on the stormwater management efforts affecting the Laurel Hill South neighborhood. One concern I have is the new drain covers. The below-grade basket gets clogged and prevents drainage. On a walk a few warm Sundays ago, I noticed the water running along the street was bypassing the clogged drain. I understand the theory of the basket is most likely to prevent debris from clogging up the works downstream, but is it defeating the purpose of the higher capacity works if the water can't get down there? I couldn't find a stick to break up the clog...

Northbound, left-turn light -- green doesn't work. Had an opening to turn so I didn't hang around to see if the green arrow works. Yellow and red are fine.
