The County’s willow oak street tree has a white foamy substance coming out of the tree near the base. Does it need attention?

There is no white edge line road striping along northbound St. John’s Lane at the north-most Korean church entrance. Striping is needed for guidance to prevent hitting a concrete median on the church driveway that sticks out close to St. John’s Lane traffic. Hope you can paint this soon!

On Brinkleigh Dr at St John’s La intersection the metal sign post for the stop sign is leaning

A big tree has partially uprooted and is leaning towards the eastbound lane of Frederick Rd between Underoak Rd and Chatham Rd. One branch of a tree has snapped and is leaning up against the utility lines and down along the embankment towards Frederick Rd. I attend the church next to the road and want to know how County can assist with tree removal. Diane 410-440-0217

The storm drain inlet cover shifted off of the brick inlet away from the roadway resulting in a gap between the edge of the roadway and the cover. Several bricks are no longer attached.

This is not a fire hydrant problem, but a water problem. During the past two weeks during my walk, there is always water coming out of ground near a water valve in grass then it flows across sidewalk and into the gutter.
