    With the enforcement of new parking rules and fees, all of the temporary parking spots (15minute parking) next to the police station have become more like a regular spot. I have noticed (the last 4 days in a row) that many are parking there cars (some even in the police business only spots) here for hours at a time and this makes it hard for others who just need to stop by the library for a few minutes. Some people even wait here till a spot opens up and then park all day.

    Today I noticed the garbage truck had a tough time getting through this street due to the electrical wires dangling pretty low.
    The lowered wires are right after 7 Lincoln st.
