    The residents at 4243 1st Ave S have debris everywhere. They have clothes and rugs all over the front porch, debris all over back yard and in alley. There are at least 2 adults living in a shed in the back of the house with cable and electric strung up from main house out into shed. Drug deals are a daily occurrence. We constantly call cops and city but nothing seems to get done.

    We are a business on central ave with an alley parking lot. The residents at 4243 1st Abe South have piled debris of old furniture and junk all along their alley fence forcing the whole neighborhood and our customers to deal with rats and unsanitary conditions. It has been there for two weeks now.
