trash all over the road from the construction going on

The locust tree's roots have caused the curb to sink into the street. Needs to be chipped up and replaced. Maybe roots trimmed- I'm not an arborist so I'm not sure.

Water collects on the sidewalk and freezes, and in the winter it can be as thick as three inches deep. There is no where for the water to drain due to the slope of the concrete. It would look bad if someone fell and sued the city since this issue has been brought up once before.

Substandard working conditions and fear tactics used to keep illegal workers from complaining.

There are about a dozen feral cats that scatter as you walk along the train tracks. The concerning thing is that there are also Sandpipers nesting here. Sandpipers nest on the ground. Furthermore, someone has made huts for these cats and is feeding them. If cats were a native species I wouldn't have any concern but since they are most likely going to kill nesting Sandpipers this is an issue.

Water pools in a section of the sidewalk. it get's very deep when it rains, and this creates a major ice hazard in the winter.

I don't see a business with the name Tony's Roofing, but I do see a van and trailer parked permanently on the street.

Looks like there is scrap metal, wood, parts of a basketball hoop, pillows, and other small bits of trash in the front yard.

It appears that there is no driveway but a torn up and muddy front yard that is parked on. There is a mattress and a lot of other trash scattered on the yard. Needs to be cleaned up so property values don't drop in our neighborhood.
