When asphalt was installed on 6 mile road, the gravel from Q. drive was pushed back. But it seems either the county or contractor forgot to scrape the gravel back flat up to the edge of the asphalt.

Recent rains have created gullies and washboards the full length of Q. Drive South.

Washed out road needs gravel added.

twice in the last week you have added gravel to the side of Q. Drive South. And twice you drive failed to add gravel to this washed out section of road. They couldn't even scrape some dirt into this area.

This section of road washes out every 2 months. It has been requested in the past gravel be added. Instead the road commission tries to scrape whats left back. This has created a section of road that now holds water due to the pocket this action has created.

Road needs to have dust control put on.

Road has washed out again. Needs gravel added to keep this problem from happening after every rain.

Road has washed out right at bridge where the concrete meets gravel.

In the past the solution was to have a wide strip of asphalt running across to control the road from washing into river.

Bridge sits down hill, so when it rains the water picks up a lot of speed and undercuts road.

Since you added road gravel on to bridge, the drainage holes in bridge are plugged. Driving over bridge after rain is like drive thrugh a lake. Water is 4/5 inches deep for days now and the surface is so slippery now, your car slides when crossing it wet

You can not see traffic coming, East bound Columbia Ave. when turn right on red off Beatle Lake Rd..

South West corner needs to have weeds cut down.

Road has washed out again. Just like it always does at this spot. This area of road really needs to have some more gravel added.

Pot holes and wash-boarding have recurred in the usual spots.

Q. drive south

The approaches to bridge have wore/washed out and need replacing.

There used to be a length of asphalt on each side of bridge approach. This asphalt has been beaten down and now it's like hitting pot holes as you enter/exit bridge. This is a safety hazard.

This one section of road always delvopes pot holes and wash boarding. Even after scraping. Could some fill of crushed rock or gravel be added and mixed into the road bed so this stops from happening?

Several large/deep pot holes between N-drive South and T drive South. In places pot holes stretch across both lanes of traffic making it impossible to miss them. In fact this road is so bad your spending so much time looking for pot holes to dodge you don't have time to check for on coming traffic before dodging in the other lane.

Several large potholes on N drive between M66 and 6 mile rd

North bound lane just North of Q. drive. 1/2 the lane is missing due to asphalt being broke up.

Bridge over the Nattawa river. Q. drive South and 7 mile road.

Last weekend someone slid pretty hard into the South side bridge.

Bridge needs to be inspected for structural damage on south concrete wall.

Snow was knocked off, gouges cut into concrete.

Traffic light in front of Harper Creek High School is operating on it's own. No traffice coming or going from this driveway.

I pass by this light every day at 6:30am just to get stopped with no cars in driveway. Came back by this light at 11:30pm Sat night and again was stopped with no cars in driveway.
