    At 10:30am, there was a Comcast vehicle parked in the purple zone at the end of the pylons along the protected bike lane on eastbound 27th St at 26th St.

    Parking enforcement will not ticket because it is painted purple.

    Having a vehicle parked here blocks visibility. Also, this section is meant to be used for right turn from 27th to 26th.

    OakDOT, please tell parking enforcement about ticketing here.

    PGE work is blocking the unmarked crosswalk on the east side of 14th Ave crossing E 33 St. Crossing here requires walking into 14th Ave, a fairly busy street.

    This is the Miller pipeline. Contractors say the city inspectors allow this.

    The sidewalk on west side of 14th Ave is blocked by an encampment on this block, and the bus stop is on east side.

    Jackson Hewitt placed a a blower and doll in the middle of a parklet.

    This blocks access to seats. And it's noisy, so even the unblocked seats are unpleasant to use.

    Perhaps this is only on April 15, for taxes. If so, then a fee of $500-$1000 seems reasonable to pay for parklet maintenance or general Dimond Association improvements.

    The CVS at 3320 Fruitvale has a marked emergency exit which is always kept closed.

    The door is on the left side of pharmacy when facing front of building from outside.

    The sliding door has a sign which says "This door to remain open during occupancy". Sign barely visible at bottom of door.

    When I talked to CVS employees, they said that manager requires that door be closed to reduce theft.

    Please inspect store and determine whether door should be open when occupied. If not, sign should be removed from door.

    A contractor has blocked the gutters on Glen Park Rd before the arrival of a big storm.

    I think this is EBMUD, but there aren't any signs, and contractor has not showed up today

    One side of charger has a broken retractor. The cable for this charger dangles on divider, and in parking area.

    This runs the risk of being run over and damaged. Also, it may be a tripping hazard.

    This Uber driver was parked in front of 4315 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA, delivering a meal.

    The opposite side of the street had a linen truck parked in bike lane.

    This is a constant problem on Piedmont Ave. I can rarely travel more than 2 blocks without a vehicle parked in bike lane.

    I suggest issuing warnings for 3 months, then start issuing tickets.

    Should double parked cars park in vehicle lane instead?
