I still can't figure out why everyone wants to ride the inside lanes on S. Bell School Rd. from Newburg upto Terrier Ln?? Do people realize that there is an outside right lane?

Anyways. Because everyone likes to ride the inside lane driving north bound and that practically no one realizes that the inside lane ends at Terrier Ln. So the problem you have is people creating a bottle neck of traffic and possible accidents at this point where people are supposed to merge RIGHT not left. I think most don't realize this simply because there is not enough markings or warnings to alert drivers of the lane change ahead.

So please paint a big merge right arrow in the left lane before the merge or add an additional warning sign before the merge.

This "4" way intersection with a "4" way stop sign needs to have the west side of the intersection closed to traffic wanting to go west. Once this is done the intersection can finally be reconstructed so that the intersection is closer together. There is too many drivers creeping forward, rolling stop or waving other drivers on to go ahead, simply because drivers are not used to the intersection having odd intersecting paths.
