1057 Valley Forge Road Eagleville, PennsylvaniaRE: Heading E on 422, Exit at 23 in King of Prussia, make a left onto 23). The first time I tried this, thought I was following the white line and I ended up driving in the lane for oncoming traffic. Thankfully, it was 2am, so there were no cars, but it could have been a dangerous situation.
if you are making a left-hand turn from 422 onto 23 AND you are in the left lane making that left turn, the white guidelines on the road are very confusing. The right lane for that left turn has a very clear white guideline showing you where to go, but the left lane for that turn has only the white guideline from the oncoming traffic lane and at night, it looks like that's the one you're supposed to take. But in reality, that's the one that oncoming traffic is to follow. So if you follow this by mistake, you end up in oncoming traffic. Very dangerous! Please repaint the lines so that they are clear or put up a sign in the medium that directs traffic to go around that medium because it's very hard to see at night.
U.S. 422 King of Prussia, PA 19406, USANeed either arrows painted on ramp or better signage indicating the the ramp from from wb 23 to wb 422 is merging. Too many people already on 422 pull into the merging lane and try to pass around merging traffic. They get stuck when the merge lane disappears right before the bridge.· Reported by Kathleen · Flag Flagged
300 Wetherill Road Phoenixville, PAdue to the bridge out on whitehorse road, the increased traffic does not allow commuters an opportunity to turn east on 23 at the intersection of whitehorse and valley forge road. we need a left turn light signal to permit more than one car getting thru each green light· Reported by troubled Phoenxville commuter · Flag Flagged
Route 23 & Valley Park Rd. Phoenixville, PennsylvaniaEvery day eastbound on Rte. 23, motorists slow down, and practically STOP, to allow drivers waiting at the stop sign on Valley Park Rd. to enter/merge onto Rte. 23. STOP DOING THIS PEOPLE! You act of courtesy becomes an ACT OF AGGRAVATION for EVERYONE behind you on Rte. 23. Drivers on Valley Park Rd., FIND ANOTHER WAY - use the stoplight intersection at Country Club Rd. It's against the law to slow down and prevent egress on a state road to allow some guy to merge at an inconvenient intersection!!
