This fire hydrant always has vehicles blocking it, no red paint on curb

What is the status of this issue?

There are 2 vehicles that block the fire hydrant in front of 858 Anns way Vista CA. The vehicles are a Grey Toyota Tundra half cab with CA LP's or a 4 door Subaru sedan with Hawaiian LP's. The vehicles are usually blocking the fire hydrant at all times on the weekends and on the weekdays from 1800-0800 hours.

The address is actually 515 Kleaveland pl Vista, CA. I could not maneuver the map to correct the address. Both the corners of Kleaveland Place and E. Indian Rock have been awful for a while, but the last year or so, with the purchase of so many larger vehicles, attempting to turn right or left from Kleaveland Place has become very dangerous.Every day and night people park so that there is no visibility turning onto E. Indian Rock. Someone must have complained about the E. Indian Rock and Townsite Dr. corner because relatively recently the corner was painted red. That has made a huge difference in safely turning left onto Townsite. There is a no parking anytime sign on E. Indian Rock, but people park there all the time. Also, I have other pictures that show people parking directly in front of the fire hydrant. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 25 years, this problem has become so much worse.
