    Mimosa 2 at 3320 Grand Avenue plays music on Friday and Saturday nights from 10pm at least 2am. This music is so loud that it can be heard on Walker Avenue, a residential street a block away. It is disruptive to many homes in this area and keeps residents awake through the night.

    Bumping this up. The illegal parking on Grand Ave. in front of 3320 continues. I live in the neighborhood and notice it on weekend evenings, weeknights, Sunday afternoon and misc. other times of day. PLEASE start patrolling and taking action ASAP. It's dangerous for drivers and cyclists who are traveling in the lane with parked cars. Note: these cars are not pausing to let someone out of the car, a la an Uber driver. They are parked in the right-hand lane of the road. It's only a matter of time before a car or a bike smashes into them.

    Paid for two hours at Meter G3300-2 on 11/22/23 just before 10:30am. Not receipt printed, but machine confirmed transaction. Had to pay again at a parking meter down the block, in order to avoid being ticketed for not paying. I would like a refund for the double payment.
