    This individual has 6 cars and 3 trailers on his very small property. He is only using one car. The rest are inoperable. The cars are missing tires and one of the cars that is on public road has expired tags registration. The side of his house is falling apart. I am certain it is not a safe place to live in. He also has 2 children, one is very small. The grass is also getting out of control. He cuts his grass once each summer. It is upsetting to look at this "view" each day. He has no use for the cars but he keeps bringing more and more. This needs to stop. The cars attract rodents and animals and I do not feel safe anymore. This situation needs to be addressed and I hope you will be able to help with this matter. Thank you!

    It is unfortunate that I can’t provide any more photos. I have been living in this home for nearly two years and they landlord has refused to fix anything. This home is not livable, in fact I would call it condemned. There is mould nearly everywhere. I have been battling a squirrel and slug infestation and recently a raccoon has fallen from my ceiling into my bedroom, I have a photo of the raccoon. Before the raccoon broke bad fell through the ceiling I had to keep a bucket under it when it rains. When it rains hard water comes from the addict and drains on the fuse box on the other side of the house, I have video of this. The bathroom and tub have mould all over, the toilet leaks I have to keep two buckets under it on both sides and empty them frequently. The whole house is so damp that I had to take all of my clothes from my closet and stick them on the other side of the house because they were damp from being in my bedroom, I no longer sleep in my bedroom. The trees are shedding very large branches and falling, an entire top of a tree about 80ft long fell into my yard and could have crushed me, my dog, or my baby nephew that used to visit. My nephew no longer visits because I feel my home is so unsafe.
