    Hi - I live on Hanson Lane in Walnut Creek. My neighbor at 20 Hanson Lane (per picture attached) is renting his driveways (he has two driveways) for people to rent driveway space to keep there cars (he is using a website to advertise this, see attached). This is a residential street & I spoke to Henry Rood & he checked the the zoning rules and confirmed that commercial parking is not allowed. It is prohibited use not allowed in residential zoning R-15. If you can please have neighbor stop this activity it would be much appreciated....thanks. Please keep me posted

    The intersection has beg buttons & it's incredibly inefficient, the light shall be programmed toinclude pedestrian crossing every time. Literally had to spend 6 minutes total in the heat of the day to cross it on my grocery run out of 20 minutes total bike ride. Ridiculous car normative infrastructure.

    The developer at 1832 Sunnyvale Ave has just put a fence along the property line in the front yard well over the 3 feet height permitted. If the owner wants a 6-foot fence like this, it should respect the front yard setback requirements. Otherwise, the height of the fence should be reduced to 3 feet.

    If the developer claims this is a corner lot (a stretch since the street address is on Sunnyvale Ave), there still should be some setback to the fence. As it is, it is an eyesore and a blight on the neighborhood.
