    This is the second time I am reporting that 68 Bassett street is loaded with rats and trash all in the back yard. Every day and night I see the rats running around I am afraid to set out in my yard.
    Here is a list of problems
    1) emptying there cat box in there yard (2) stagnant containers of water (3) a bad odor of trash
    (4) dead rats laying in there yard. I can go on and on.
    I have a lot more pictures that I can send you. Please I really need your help in taking care of this problem.

    Large tree on Franklin St side the church. Tree is right on the sidewalk and by church egress and some limbs appear did. It seems as though it can interfere with properly clearing the walk and can be a trip hazard.

    Every night these two trucks park on Bassett Street and Franklin Street. Every morning they let there truck run and the fuels sometimes is every strong. I thought at one time you could not park a truck over a certain weight on city sheets.Could someone please check and see if it is legal to park on residential street. Thank You

    Again in front of 150 Franklin Street this picture was taken on Wednesday and are trash pick up was Monday. The problem is that right after there trash was pick up they continued to put out more trash. They really need to be fine.

    Approached this light while red and waited for over 2 minutes. No traffic from other directions during this time. Had to make a right on red and drive around the block to get through. This happened twice, on two consecutive days. I drive through this intersection about 4 times per week and this has never happened before.
