    when will be something done to have this seriously looked at? this woman constantly brings in more trash to this location, is seen a lot of times showing indecent exposure and by not wearing shirts or pants, and has been seen going to the bathroom right in the front yard! i have this as my view as i’m waking up in the morning or going to work. i am so tired of hearing her banging her trash at night when i try to sleep. i am so tired of it.

    These paint buckets are full of concrete and were put there by the property manager of 1759 seminary to block cars from parking there. Also the rock.
    He uses that so he has the space open for garbage day.
    He did this without city's permission. It also takes away from the sidewalk space available for pedestrians .

    The property is filled with rats and other vermin. It is the worst case of blight I have ever seen, including in my travels to other countries.I believe the inhabitants are constantly poisoning the rats, thereby poisoning cats, birds and dogs. The filth is unimaginable. The hazard posed to public safety is likewise unimaginable, poisoning the entire neighborhood. It appears there are people living illegally in the back.

    This car was tagged with removal sticker by city 3 weeks ago, guy who abandoned it over 6 plus weeks ago tore sticker off amd rolled window down, and not just moved it one car back. City never towed it. Still abandoned.
