Hyvee entrance on the North Lincoln side is in desperate need for repairs (not just patching but repairs).

These pot holes are becoming crators and the traffic has doubled at this store since they closed the Rockingham road grocery/pharmacy store.

Actually both Lincoln entrances need repaired (not patched).

The entrance closest to Locust Street and the street itself is deteriating with all the increased traffic and semi trailers going to one store.

To start off, this place looks like a dump. the grass and weeds don't hardly get cut. People live in this building, that they can't take care of it, looks like something to get tore down. Then we have vehicles, alot of them don't run or move. now they have a crap load more and parking them on the grass. they are no better then anyone else. If we park on grass we get in trouble.

Old moose lodge has cars parked in the grass, trucks that been on fire, some with flat tires and inoperable.

trees are growing into the fence line and impeding on my property. they are blocking my entrance to my wheelchair ramp. this is the second notice to the city.

Our neighborhood roads have not received repair other than tar packing for over a century. The tar packing never stays. As soon as it rains, it gets washed away. Our entire neighborhood is potholes and cracks. Next to our home, the water constantly accumulates in the holes and stays there until I blow it out or it evaporates. I gather the loose gravel regularly. I am hopeful the City will understand we pay taxes as well and are way overdue for real road repair. Thank you.

Trailer has been parked on the street for couple weeks with what looks to be trash.i

Would you please consider placing a reflective left arrow or two or just a couple of refltors on this facing curve where Waverly Rd. meets Lincoln Ave?

At night, even with the street light, it can be hard to be certain exactly where to cut across Lincoln in order to go up Waverly, especially since you have to keep one eye peeled up Lincoln to make sure it's safe to proceed in the first place.

This is not a threat first off but I've heard more than one person say they wanted to take that dog out
This dog barks everyday they put it out Every time me or the kids walk by all the way across the street where there's no sidewalk the dog still barks like it's going to kill us if it gets out We won't walk that dude of the street right there I used to feel like it is a nice street to live on but things like this just letting the dog bark is making it less of a nice quiet neighborhood and more of an encroaching inner city blight In all the times I've walked my dogs or been walking down that street I've never seen them walk those dogs They just put them out in that pen and let them bark We walk down the alley a half block over and if they see us they bark Wth? There were never any dogs barking here for twenty years. People had respect for their neighbors Not these people
I know they have been reported to the police and animal control
I know they have been asked nicely by the guy next door to keep their dog quiet in a round about way I know they have been warned and fined and got into altercations because of it with the crazy guy up the hill, At least he's got quiet dog Please tell us what else we can do other than roll over and accept such disrespect to our neighborhood?

It's the little things which make a neighborhood nice This dude just can't seem to overcome the laziness it takes to park the wrong way on the street
Nice truck but the temp tag has been expired for a month now It shouldn't take the cops to make someone do what the rest of us all do

Overgrown trees limiting alleyway traffic and safety hazard causing blind spots with intersecting alley in this area and to people walking through.This has been reported to the city and was ignored Driving this way can also cause damage to vehicles..

Silver mazda still in front of our house. They did clean the snow off of it tho makes it hard when my kids get home from school they park both there cars in front of our house and i park in the driveway hard for me to get in and out of the driveway
