    Existing potholes even after fix that did not work. There is water beneath that is visibly leaking out and traveling down the hill. This could be a potential sinkhole not to mention damaging tires/rims and endangering cyclists. Please address ASAP. We had to wait forever just to get the potholes filled which have subsequently opened up again; not a fix but a pathetic bandaid. If you use outside contractors on these jobs they seem to be intentionally not fixing the problem.

    On the service access road parallel to the 580W onramp, There is a Large Yellow Canister/Bin. Someone has removed the lid and people have been dumping all sorts of garbage in there. The majority of the waste is pet waste bags. Please remove this yellow container so that people will not dump trash in there. It can be come a bio hazard if no one takes care of it.
