The land smells and looks like a dump we can’t open the windows without flies and the smell coming in the tree has been down for almost 2 years, it is dangerous! The grass is not mowed its over 2 feet long,(ticks!) it looks like an abandoned property, but worse, because it’s being used as a dumpsite. This land is not being maintained.

At 45-47 Jones Street West Haven,Ct.06516 the residents are hoarding rabbits and dogs I believe they are Yorkies there's at least 10-15 probably more. The dogs are constantly barking all day and night I've seen them get hit just for walking up to the owner. They snapped a rabbits neck in front of the dogs and other rabbits and stabbed another one right through the throat then proceeded to rip it apart My child and I witnessed the entire nightmarish incident. There is always a smell of decomposing Rotting body emanating from this property and it spreads around when it's hot out. It had caused me to be one sick many times it is so strong it actually wants in through closed windows sometimes. I've had rabbits as pets before they are great pets they cuddle up with you and even do this purr type of noise sometimes they truly are adorable it was heartbreaking watching these beautiful animals get slaughtered so horribly it was absolutely cruel and to do it right out in the ope where the other animals watch in terror and my child watches in disbelief is unacceptable. The way they take care of their dogs is absolutely disgusting as well having them out all hours of the night allowing them to nip at and chase children in the neighborhood. Something has to be done. I have video footage of most of the incident. There are quite a few rabbits that are still cages in the backyard which looks like a junkyard please someone help these animals so they no longer have to suffer terrible car and horrendous deaths

Me and another have been calling for 3 days 6 times a day and get no response, God forbid she signed her check over to them like They DEMANDED...
"She's irresponsible, she needs our help", Will you take her to the store or can she go with her friends, or alone ? ...then.."" NO , we don't take anyone to the store anymore, and The Big Y moved so we don't know what she's going to do- well she hasn't signed it over.
"We work for Landlords and he/they say when we get it direct deposited she has to sign up for auto pay to the LL"..Oh my....Whimsical rent increase ? Lend out her key and get fined $50 for key violation ? Not wrapping garbage , lint left in dryer? All fineable....PUNISH her for backtalk by holding up her money (they dole it out on mondays,fridays in the morning , if they feel like it..
(it might work, like keys winding up in the wrong hands , unwanted sleep overs, non tenant visitors roaming, But it's abused)
If an emergency comes up, "she's not in today , try back on Monday- *But Mondays a holiday..
It was just an awful lot of stalking,pestering and harrassing over money money , "what's she doing" etc. - from a not for profit.
LIKE SHE'S SPENDING THEIR MONEY ( caseworker WILL get the winning Bingo scratch,not you) ! "That's our money to spend" cars do look very pricey in the lot , most are part time workers and ..
Wonder if any deceased still makes their car payment - ha ha ,just kidding

There are two big pothole in front of 326 and 350 front road west haven.

I have no idea who this vehicle belongs to or who the driver is , but the driver is non stop texting while driving.
A little speeding, swerving, up and down ,back and forth up and down, While Texting, In Derby also . A few patrons at the diner said he's been asking people for criminal type of favors, Absolutely harassing people he does not or know ! like for whatever reason. A one person crime enterprise of some sort. A church attendee said : Asked her to yell at some guy approaching, was willing to pay.

Kwp5530 on leete st near Washington ave been there for weeks same spot taking up vital parking place on busy st,leaking oil,POLICE take action, I'm sure owner in NY looking for car,needs to be towed partial blocking driveway

As a single parent with a young toddler a truck every night parks in the handicap (with no handicap placard) space and the truck has loud engine noise and is missing the muffler disturbing the whole neighborhood.This has been going on for a long time .Landlord take action, police take notice

The is no sign for the 2 lane merge on Campbell Road going south.

Unit B1 at 88 Knox street had the most annoying and loud music bumping all day long.... so disrespectful

City of West Haven - Please do us all a favor and pave this street. Every year we submit requests to repair the pot holes ridding this small street and every year they are poorly done and by November the street it all torn up. The holes are the same as in the past and take up the width of the street. Please repair
